1cupraw cashews,soaked overnight or a minimum of 4 hours
2Tbspwateror more as needed
1 Tbsplemon juiceor more to taste
1 Tbspapple cider vinegaror more to taste
1/8tspsalt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to your *high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more water. Taste and add more lemon and or vinegar if desired.
Notes
*If you do not have a high-speed blender, this can be done in a regular blender or a food processor, but make sure the cashews have been soaked for at least eight hours. Mix several minutes, until smooth
