Serrano Lime Vinaigrette

Light and spicy, this delicious dressing goes great on green salads as well as bean salads of Latin influence!  
Course salad dressing
Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 6 fl. oz (approximately)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 serrano chili
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • sea salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mince the chili in a food processor.
  • Add remaining ingredients and pulse until completely combined. Don't over process.
