Spicy Ranch Cashew Cream
Spicy ranch cream sauce. Great on veggie patties!

Ingredients

raw cashews
soaked overnight or at least *4 hours
1/2
cup
water

Tbsp
fresh parsley
chopped
2 1/2
tsp
apple cider vinegar
1
tsp
sriracha
1
tsp
dried dill weed
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
1/2
tsp
onion powder
1/2
tsp
cayenne
dash
sea salt & black pepper
Instructions
Transfer all ingredients to *high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Notes
*If you do not have a high-speed blender, Be sure to soak your cashews for at least 8 hours. Blend for several minutes until smooth.
