Spicy Ranch Cashew Cream

Spicy ranch cream sauce. Great on veggie patties!
Course sauce
Servings 1 3/4 cup (approximately)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight or at least *4 hours
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
  • dash sea salt & black pepper

Instructions

  • Transfer all ingredients to *high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth. 

Notes

*If you do not have a high-speed blender, Be sure to soak your cashews for at least 8 hours. Blend for several minutes until smooth.
