Blender *Preferably highspeed, but not required. Personal blenders work best.
Ingredients
1cupraw cashews*soaked for 4 hours
1 tsplemon juice
1tspapple cider vinegar
4tsp (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)nutritional yeast
2cloves garlic
1/4tspsea salt
3/4cupfiltered wateror more as needed
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to your blender. Mix on high until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides as needed. If mixture is too thick, add a little more water, as needed.
Notes
*To shorten time, you can soak cashews in boiling water for one hour.*If not using a highspeed blender soak cashews overnight.
