Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes

Delicious and easy-to-make, these potatoes are perfect for a side dish, inside a breakfast burrito, or on their own.

Ingredients

  • 4 yukon gold potatoes diced
  • light drizzlze oil of choice I use avocado
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried herb of choice, like parsley or basil I use a mix of both
  • dash cayenne (optional for heat)

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 390°F.

  • Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and toss until potatoes are coated in oil and seasonings.
  • Once preheated, add the potatoes to the air fryer and air fry for 15 - 20 minutes, shaking after the first 10.
