Ingredients

  • 7 oz (1/2 block) extra firm tofu (or a whole block if omitting the cauliflower) drained, pressed, and cubed
  • 1/2 small head cauliflower (or a whole small head if omitting the tofu) cut into florets
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • small drizzle avocado oil or oil of choice

Optional for dipping...

  • 2 Tbsp vegan Caesar or ranch dressing I use homemade ranch or Follow Your Heart Caesar (link for ranch below)
  • 1 - 2 tsp your favorite hot sauce I use sriracha or Pepper Plant Chunky Garlic (omit for non-spicy)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.
  • Place tofu and cauliflower (or one or the other) in a mixing bowl. Add the seasonings and drizzle with oil. Toss until the tofu and/or cauliflower are covered in the seasonings.
  • Add the seasoned tofu/cauliflower to your preheated air fryer for 12 - 15 minutes, shaking after the first 8 - 10 minutes. Tofu, when ready, will be browned and crisp. Cauliflower will appear as if roasted and will be tender when pierced with a fork.
  • If desired dip tofu and cauliflower pieces into vegan caesar dressing or vegan ranch dressing mixed with your favorite hot sauce for spicy.
